Our staff is vaccinated with all the recalls against Covid-19 and our company is authorized to operate in the waters of the La Maddalena Archipelago.

How long does a tour last?

The duration of our tours varies:

  • Full day: approximately 7–8 hours
  • Half day: approximately 4 hours

Can I customize the tour itinerary?

Yes, our skipper will work with you to create a tailor-made itinerary, including the islands and coves you wish to visit among Spargi, Budelli, Caprera, La Maddalena, Razzoli, Santa Maria, and Santo Stefano.

What services are included in the excursion?

Our Maxi RIBs are equipped with:

  • Private cabin and separate toilet
  • Fridge
  • Sunbathing areas with new cushions
  • Snorkeling gear and SUP board (upon request)
  • Two 300 HP Suzuki engines

Is lunch included?

No. For lunch, we recommend some of our partner restaurants on the main island of La Maddalena or nearby, where you can enjoy the best of local cuisine. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own packed lunch and enjoy it on board. We’ll be happy to take you to a sheltered bay for a relaxing seaside lunch break.

Is fuel included?

To ensure full transparency regarding fuel consumption, our boats are equipped with two new engines that significantly reduce both fuel use and emissions compared to older models. On board, the latest engine-connected system displays real-time fuel consumption in liters, allowing you to see the exact usage throughout the tour. Fuel costs are to be settled at the end of the excursion, either on board or directly at the fuel station.

Do you accept guests using wheelchairs or guests with mobility impairments?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests using wheelchairs or with significant mobility impairments.

Can I bring a stroller on board?

It is possible to bring a stroller on board, provided it is lightweight, foldable, and compact. In any case, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance for confirmation.

What should I bring for the boat tour?

We always recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and, if needed, a pair of water shoes. On board, you’ll find clean, professionally sanitized beach towels and snorkeling masks available for use.

Is it necessary to book in advance?

Bookings are managed on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.

What is the maximum capacity of the boats?

Our Maxi RIBs can accommodate up to 12 guests for each one (excluding crew), ensuring an intimate and comfortable experience — even though the vessels are designed to carry many more passengers. Rental regulations allow a maximum of 12 guests on board.

Can I bring food or drinks on board?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. On board, you’ll find complimentary water, beer, and Coca-Cola as soft drinks. If you’d like to have special bottles such as champagne or fine wines, please send a specific request at least 24 hours before departure. We also offer a welcome drink with Prosecco or local white wine. Ice is included and made with potable water.

Booking and Payment

Once the rental date and price have been agreed upon, you will be informed of the payment method.
At the time of booking, a deposit is required based on the total rental price.
To register the rental contract, the following details will be requested: full name and ID information (number and type — passport, driver’s license, or ID card) of the person making the deposit payment (the renter), along with billing details (residential address, email, and phone number for contact).

Payments are processed securely following SumUp safety standards.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is non-refundable, except in the following cases: 

  • Early-booking offers and discount promotions, where the tour price is provided at reduced controlled rates.
  • Bad weather: the captain will assess the weather conditions. If these conditions do not allow the tour to take place (steady winds of 30 knots or more), we will offer an alternative date based on our availability. We operate 3 Maxi-RIBs (Bwa, Altamarea Wave, and Sea Prop – same size, same comfort, same details, and each powered by twin 300 HP engines), so the first available date on our calendar will be assigned, regardless of which boat is available. If no alternative date is available, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Early-booking offers and discounted promotions, where the tour price is provided at reduced controlled rates.
  • Force majeure / travel restrictions / illness: in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or food poisoning certified by a doctor), a voucher will be issued, valid for a future date, with open names and dates. The voucher is also transferable to other guests. In the case of flight cancellations or issues affecting your arrival in Sardinia, these will not qualify for a refund, but a voucher for a future booking will be issued (in this case as well, official documentation of the unforeseen event will be required). These measures are in place due to previous misuse.

Refundable cases:

  • Full refund for cancellations up to 90 days before the rental date (for all bookings not subject to discounts, promotions or special offers).
  • For cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before the departure date, the deposit paid will be retained.
  • For cancellations made after 30 days, 100 percent of the rental amount will be retained.
  • No-show (failure to appear without prior notice): a 100% cancellation fee will apply. 

Can pets be brought on board?

As much as we love dogs, unfortunately, they are not allowed on board. The type of vessel does not have suitable areas for them to move around or go ashore, and keeping them confined all day would not be fair to them.

Do you have life jackets on board?

Your safety on board is our top priority. Each boat is equipped with life jackets, one for every passenger. We also provide life jackets for young children.
